Samsung today announced the GALAXY S WiFi 4.0 smart player, the latest addition to its Android-powered GALAXY product portfolio. It features a 4-inch Super Clear LCD display and claims to offer rich smartphone-like experiences without the expense of operator contracts. The smart player also offers video communications via VoIP services and rich video and music entertainment with multi-codec support to keep you constantly entertained.

The Samsung GALAXY S WiFi 4.0 smart player comes with Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n and runs Android 2.2 (Froyo) operating system.
