Capcom Essentials Bundle Packs Five Games Into One $60 Collection

Capcom are releasing a 5-in-1 game bundle this October, titled Capcom Essentials, for the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3. Priced at $60, the bundle contains: Resident Evil 6, Devil May Cry 4, Dead Rising 2, Super Street Fighter IV and Mega Man 10.

In addition to the five games—which will be stored on five separate discs—you’ll also get a travel bag.

The Capcom Essential bundles will be available in North America on October 8th and can already be pre-ordered from 'certain online retailers'.

Is This Image From A New Pokémon Game

At the ongoing Pokémon Game Show in Japan, The Pokémon Company announced a new animated featured titled Pocket Monsters: The Origin, which you can read about here. In addition to discussing the new animated feature and the Pokémon games, Japanese press outlets like Famitsu and 4Gamer report that they also displayed a video reel of the Pokémon franchise, which ended with the scene you see below:

That’s a scene of Lucario facing off against Blaziken in some kind of city setting, and the graphics look decidedly sharper than any Pokémon game we’ve seen to date—provided, of course, that this is from an upcoming game.

The Pokémon Company hasn’t made any official announcements about new games yet, but we’ll keep our eyes peeled for news.

I heard that GoldenEye 007 developer Eurocom was working on a PlayStation 3 exclusive sometime ago and one of the concepts behind it was the TV show Man vs. Wild. Sony never announced The Protector and it was quietly canceled back in 2008.

Injustice: Gods Among Us To See New Balance Patch In The Future

A balance patch is in development for Injustice: Gods Among Us, and could be released in the weeks to come, NetherRealm Studios revealed during an Injustice livestream featuring the game’s latest DLC character, Zatanna.

While NetherRealm Studios would normally release a new balance update alongside each new DLC character, the studio hasn’t rebalanced the game since the release of its Martian Manhunter DLC.

NetherRealm say that they’re currently in the process of polishing up the patch before they can make it available for download.

Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 3 Full Burst Reaches America In October

Earlier in the year, Namco Bandai announced Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 3 Full Burst, an updated version of Ultimate Ninja Storm 3 with new features and more.

This morning, the publisher announced that the game is slated for release on October 22nd “throughout the Americas”. Additionally, the PC version of the game on Steam is slated for release this fall as well, but doesn’t have a date assigned to it yet.

If you pre-order the retail Xbox 360 or PlayStation 3 versions of Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 3 Full Burst, you’ll also receive an exclusive art book from Studio Pierrot, the anime studio in charge of producing the Naruto animated series.

Note that you don’t necessarily have to buy Full Burst at retail—if you already own Ultimate Ninja Storm 3, you’ll be able to grab Full Burst as a paid downloadable update. Prices will be announced at a later date, Namco say.

Pokémon X And Pokémon Y Trailer Shows Horde Encounters And More

Pokémon X and Pokémon Y have a new trailer that shows off various features from the games, such as the new air battles, horde encounters and Pokémon Amie feature. It also provides another glimpse at the Xerneas-Yveltal Blue 3DS XL system that will be made available in Japan alongside the games’ launch.



Pokémon X and Pokémon Y are slated for release on October 12th.
